Early this afternoon Jennifer and I got the shocking news that our sweet Misha was called home to be with Grandma and Grandpa Hackley. He was at the vet’s having his teeth cleaned but when the procedure was almost over, he stopped breathing and the doctor did everything she could to revive him, but he was gone. Misha was an integral part of our nuclear family. He was always at the door to greet me or Jennifer and was always so happy to see us come home. He was such a loving animal, but fiercely protective of his pack. We miss him terribly already. This is very difficult to put into words. He was only ten years old and had been through so many other health issues so well. We are just devastated by the loss. We will survive and will continue moving forward, but without our best companion at our sides. We love you Misha and miss you so very much.
